Health and Care Data Consent

This consent is separate from the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

You agree that RememberTogether can store and use health and care information entered for your Family account so the app can provide its features. Examples include medications, safety check-ins, notes, sleep, meals, and location check-in pins used by safety Features when that Feature is on.

If you are setting this up for someone else, you confirm you are allowed to act for them.

This is not a marketing consent. Accepting this consent does not sign you up for marketing email or ads.

RememberTogether is a family organizing tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

Reminders and check-ins can be late or missed, for example if a phone is off, offline, or has notifications turned off. Do not use the app alone for medications or safety.
