1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how RememberTogether LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the RememberTogether app and related websites. It covers account information and health and care information entered for a Family account.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Account information: name, email, sign-in details, role (for example Caregiver, Patient, or Together helper).
  • Family and care information you or your Family enter: for example medications, safety check-ins, meals, grocery lists, notes, sleep entries, and settings.
  • Location check-in pins when a safety Feature that uses them is on. This is not continuous live tracking.
  • Device and usage information needed to run and improve the app (for example app version and crash reports).
  • Payment and subscription status from Apple or Google when you buy Premium. We do not store full payment card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and maintain app features for your Family account.
  • Send account notices (for example sign-in and security emails).
  • Send the reminders and check-ins your Family sets up.
  • Fix bugs, keep the service working, and meet legal duties.

We do not show ads. Accepting these agreements does not sign you up for marketing email. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service, for example with hosting and infrastructure providers that process data for us, or when the law requires it. People invited to a Family account can see information according to the permissions set in the app. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

6. Children

The app stores are set for users 18 and older.

7. Your choices

You can update account details in the app. You can turn off many device notifications in phone settings.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will ship as a new version. You may need to accept the new version to keep using the app.
