1. Who these Terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you create an account or use RememberTogether, the family organizing app from RememberTogether LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). When you accept these Terms, you agree to follow them.
2. What RememberTogether is
RememberTogether is a family organizing tool. It helps Families manage everyday care tasks such as medications lists, safety check-ins, meals, and related settings. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a medical device. It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information safe and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, try to access data you are not allowed to see, interfere with the service, or use it for anything illegal. You agree not to upload content that is harmful, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share.
5. Reminders and check-ins
The app may send reminders and check-ins that your Family sets up. These can be late or missed, for example if a phone is off, offline, or has notifications turned off. Do not use the app alone for medications or safety.
6. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and refunds follow store rules. Patient Mode is free. Some Caregiver tools may need Premium.
7. Intellectual property
The app, name, and branding belong to RememberTogether LLC. You keep ownership of content you add for your Family. You give us permission to store and display that content only as needed to run the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages from missed reminders, check-ins, connectivity problems, or reliance on the app instead of professional care or emergency services.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will ship as a new version. You may need to accept the new version to keep using the app.
